The Financial Post published a column on Monday indicating that contingency plans are more scarce among small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Eastern Canada than Western Canada. This is somewhat of a backward trend, since Western Canada has proven economic changes will most often affect their businesses positively.

One of their favourite attack dogs, Pierre Poilievre apparently sees a conspiracy here.
